Our Needle Arts Gap Year Program offers an in-depth exploration of Fashion Design & Needle Arts, perfect for school leavers interested in pursuing fashion with no prior experience. Running from January 20 to September 30, 2025, this part-time program covers 8 comprehensive courses plus a bonus course, providing a well-rounded education in garment production, design, and advanced sewing techniques.

What You Will Learn

This Gap Year experience includes a variety of courses designed to immerse you in the world of fashion and sewing:

1. Intensive Turbo Course – 20 sessions (2,5 hours each, Mon & Thurs)
2. Pattern Making 1 & 2 – 12 sessions (3 hours each)
3. Overlockers Course – 5 sessions (3 hours each)
4. Design Your Wardrobe – 5 sessions (3 hours each)
5. Intro to Textiles Course – 5 sessions (15 hours total)
6. Digital Textile Design & Print ( called DIGITEX 1 ) – 5 sessions (15 hours total)
7. Intermediate Sewing (Pants & Jackets/Blazers) – 15 sessions (3 hours each)
8. Advanced Sewing :Corsets & evening + bridal – 8 sessions (3 hours each)
